Explosion at POW prison still unresolved years later

Two years after explosions ripped through the Russian-controlled Olenivka prison, killing more than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war and injuring dozens more, independent investigations into the attack have stalled or been abandoned. An unpublished internal UN analysis concludes Russia was behind the attack.
